Con m\u00e1s de 60,000 m\u00b2 de \u00e1reas verdes, este parque se convierte en un pulm\u00f3n verde para la ciudad, ofreciendo un entorno natural y tranquilo para todos los habitantes. Adem\u00e1s, se crearon 1,800 metros cuadrados de senderos peatonales y 200 metros lineales de ciclov\u00eda. Este proyecto no solo embellece el barrio, sino que tambi\u00e9n simboliza la generosidad y el esp\u00edritu comunitario de urbanizadora La Samaria SAS. La infraestructura del parque incluye senderos peatonales, ciclov\u00edas y zonas espec\u00edficas para presentaciones art\u00edsticas y culturales, reforzando as\u00ed el esp\u00edritu comunitario y
